One of the few renowned oolong tea from Taiwan region plantation. The unique “natural” fermentation done by tea bugs create a perfect fragrance of wild orchid flower. Legend says this tea was endorsed by English queen who called it “Oriental Beauty”.
The tea is sensitive to pressure and heat, it is better to use gaiwan for steeping so that it is not over brewed to bitter taste.
