As the name translates, Jin Jun Mei is the highest class of Chinese xiaozhong type red tea. The tea leaves are harvested only in a short amount of time once a year. It requires a special pine wood from Wuyi mountain. With a much low yeild, it makes this tea much more valuable.
We recommend to use black pottery to steep red tea, due to its unique balance between thermal conductivity and pressure preservation.
