Long Jing green tea, also known in English as Dragon Well, is the one the most renowned green tea label from Xihu, Zhejiang. It is harvested within a small window of a year on hill plantation. Using tradtional stir fry technique to preserve the freshness of tea leaves. You can smell grassy freshness before steeping and taste fresh soy bean like fragrance from steeping.
