One of the most renowned oolong labels in China, as the name translates, the loose leaf has a solid hard appearance but the taste is actually flowery like orchid. This is a baked version of Tie Guanyin, it adds a roasty front taste to the tea soup.
The tea is sensitive to pressure and heat, it is better to use gaiwan for steeping so that it is not over brewed to bitter taste.
